If you use an account or puppy-application feature when it is available, we may also handle account details and the application information you provide, including household, pet, home, schedule, experience, preference, and free-text responses.
Our hosting and security services may process standard technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security signals. If a feature allows an approved user to upload a photo or other content, that material and its selected visibility may be stored.
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate puppy-placement applications, operate requested account features, communicate about a request or application, maintain business records, secure the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
If we offer email updates, an email address submitted for that purpose will be used for those updates. Promotional emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about an account, application, or puppy placement are separate from promotional updates.

Depending on the feature used, these may include Vercel for hosting and file storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Resend for email delivery and authentication. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their own terms and privacy practices.
The site also links to third-party services such as Instagram and Good Dog. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this site. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the site, or address fraud or abuse.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including business-record, legal, and security needs. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing carriagecourtkennels@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when law or legitimate business needs require it.
This site is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information through the site. We may update this policy when our practices change; the effective date above will show when it was last updated.
