A puppy application does not guarantee approval, placement, a place on a waitlist, a puppy, a particular puppy, price, timing, transportation, or delivery. Carriage Court Kennels reviews applications and makes placement decisions in its discretion, based on the needs of each puppy and family.
If account or application features are available, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. We may suspend or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary to protect the site, applicants, or puppies.
A completed puppy sale is governed by the signed Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement, not these website terms. The signed Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement controls if it differs from website content or these Terms of Use.
The agreement describes the $500 non-refundable deposit, remaining balance, health-guarantee conditions, and other sale terms. Do not send a deposit or rely on a sale term until you have reviewed the agreement that applies to the planned placement.
Carriage Court Kennels owns or has permission to use this site's original text, photos, and design. Do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are their own.
